We had to wait for more than 30 minutes to get on a boat and then after about 20 minutes into the tour, the boat ran out of gas and we were left drifting in open sea for about 30 min until someone came to the rescue. People were getting sea sickness, we had kids on the boat having a hard time and being scared. The captain never took it seriously or apologized, he was just…”
