They also refused to send a formal email confirming that they cancelled our trip to help us get our money back. Absolutely disrespectful. I don’t recommend anyone come to this tour company.”

Instead, we received a coupon for the next dive if we wanted to go again, but it's still quite a lot of money to spend, and have already spent, whilst perhaps not seeing sharks the second time around. Also, it would have been another half day gone of our already limited vacation…”
